NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 205 Old Mill Road, Suite 2, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372.

The hearing concerns the application of Pocono Sign Company, on behalf of Terrery Dental, regarding property located at 140 Rose Street, Scotrun, Pocono Township, Monroe
County, Pennsylvania, identified as Parcel No. 12.94230, and zoned Commercial (C). The applicant seeks a dimensional variance from § 470-108E(3) of the Pocono Township
Zoning Ordinance to permit an increase in the maximum permitted sign area. The ordinance permits a sign area of 60 square feet, and the applicant requests approval to allow a sign with a total area of 96 square feet.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hear testimony and receive evidence from the applicant and from other persons as permitted by law.

The complete application is available for public inspection at the Township office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and copies may be obtained at the cost of reproduction. The hearing is
