NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is given that the Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 205 Old Mill Road, Suite 2, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372.

The hearing concerns an application filed by Wayne Jones and Traci Jones, owners of property located at 2351 Route 715, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372, Monroe County Tax Parcel No. 12.10.1.44.

The Applicants appeal a determination of the Zoning Officer dated October 14, 2025, and request variances from § 470-63.A, § 470-63.C, § 470-63.G, and § 470-63.H of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance. The application relates to the scope and operation of a home occupation on the property, including area limitations, location of activities, visitation limits, and outdoor storage or display of equipment.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hear testimony and receive evidence from the Applicants and from other persons as permitted by law.

The application is available for inspection at the Township office during regular business hours. Any person may attend the hearing. Persons who are affected and have legal standing may participate.
