LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will consider at a Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th day of December, 2025, or in the event of inclement weather that evening, at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of December, 2025, at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 205 Old Mill Road, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372, the adoption of an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of Pocono Township, Chapter 425, Vehicles and Traffic, amending Article IV, Traffic Regulations, adding tiuck traffic restrictions for portions of Brookdale Road and the entirety of Back Mountain Road. Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction there of at the Pocono Township Municipal Building during regular business hours.
