LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will consider for adoption at a Public Meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 3 rd day of November, 2025, at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 205 Old Mill Rd, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372 (the “Municipal Building”), an Ordinance amending the Pocono Township Code of Ordinances, adding a new Chapter 260, Mobile Food Vendors, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for review at the Municipal Building, during normal business hours.
