LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will consider for adoption at a Public Meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 19th day of October, 2026, at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 205 Old Mill Rd, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372 (the “Municipal Building”), an Ordinance amending the Pocono Township Code of Ordinances, Part II General Legislation; Chapter 425 Vehicles and Traffic; Article I Speed Limits; §425-1 Speed Limits, Establishing a Maximum Speed Limit Of Thirty-Five (35) Miles Per Hour For Motor Vehicles On Cherry Lane Church Road; and, Posting Two (2) Speed Limit Signs On Cherry Lane Church Road and repealing all ordinances and parts
of ordinances inconsistent therewith. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for review at the Municipal Building, during normal business hours.
