TAKE NOTICE that the Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, beginning at 5:00 P.M., at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC, for variances from certain provisions of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance, including: (1) Section 470-34, which sets minimum parking standards for the proposed use; and (2) Section 470-101.G.7, which prohibits land disturbance within 20 feet of the outer limit of a wetland buffer. The applicant desires to construct fewer parking spaces than required and to temporarily impact land within 20 feet of the outer limit of a wetland buffer as part of a joint permit application.
The application relates to property located at 246 Warner Road in Pocono Township, Monroe County, Tannersville, Pennsylvania, which is further identified as Tax Code Number and PIN 12-6372-00-23-2232. Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC is the equitable owner of the property and Ozcan Yildiz is the owner of record. The property is located in the Commercial (C) zoning district.
