The Township is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Cloudpermit, a leading e-permitting platform, that will allow residents (or contractors) to both apply and pay for all Township permits online. We anticipate going live with Cloudpermit on www.poconopa.gov by the beginning of August 2021.
Online permit applications will give individuals the opportunity to apply for permits from the convenience of home and allow the Township to better track applications, respond in a timely manner to applicants and issue digital permits that do not require coming to the Township in-person during business hours.
Residents who wish to apply the traditional way will still be able to complete paper applications and pay in-person at the Township.
