TAKE NOTICE that the Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 beginning at 5:00 P.M., at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Parker Argot for a dimensional variance from Section 470-18 C(1) and Attachment 3 of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance, which requires minimum front yard
setbacks of 50 feet in the medium density residential (R-2) zoning district where the property is located. Applicant desires to construct a garage within 20 feet of the front-yard lot line.
Parker J. Argot and Eric R. Argot own the subject property, which is located at 202 Babbling Brook Road in Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The property is further identified as Tax Code Number 12.11.1.77 and PIN 12-6363-00-46-8380.
