Pocono Township Emergency Management needs to determine if there is sufficient damage to pursue a Small Business Administration Declaration. To assess the need, the Township is asking those impacted by the storm to complete the surveys attached to this notice. Households need to complete the “SBA Homeowner Survey” and businesses the “Economic Injury Survey.” The completed surveys should be e-mailed to [email protected].
